Amphora Captive Insurance Managers Limited
was established on November 8, 1983 by William
Tomlin and operated under the name International
Insurance Management Limited until it joined the
Amphora Financial Group in 2006.
Likewise, Amphora Management Services Limited
was incorporated by Mr. Tomlin on October 27 1994,
and carried on business under the name Trafalgar
Management Services Limited until it became a
member of the Amphora Financial Group in 2006.
Mr. Tomlin continues to act as a member of the
board and an adviser to Amphora Captive Managers
Limited and Amphora Management Services
Limited.
The Amphora Financial Group also includes
Amphora Bank & Trust Corporation and Amphora
Life Insurance Company Ltd. The ultimate owners
of the Amphora Financial Group are the Simard-
Massicotte Family and the Thomson Family.
Louis A. Massicotte acts as Chairman and Peter A.
