To establish an International Society with Restricted
Liability in Barbados you must file Articles of
Organization with the Registrar of Corporate Affairs
and Intellectual Property. The articles must include:
- The proposed name of the Society.
- The purpose for which it has been formed.
- The registered office of the Society.
- The name and address of its registered agent in Barbados.
- The name and address of each person who signed the articles of organization.
- A license to carry on international business
must then be applied for from the Ministry of
Economic Affairs and Development and the
information required to be filed for a license for
an International Business Company noted above
is required for the International Society with
Restricted Liability.
